I think we have discuss this before, I think the only ones who can take on Asura and beat him(and I'm sure they can) is Bills or he's master Whis, and possible SSJG Goku(debatable because even though he is comparable to Bills, its still doubtful if he can make a blast to overcome the radious) every other Charatcer like SSJ4 Goku, even though they are above Bills in power,potency isn't gonna help against a beast like Asura, you need power and size here. So in the end I'm pretty sure Bills>Asura

Skip to 8:30 Worth noting that he was somewhat struggling against that guy and then he manages to get strong enough to take on his obviously greatly increased strength in such a short time, OP as s*. I mean it's pretty bulls* that pushing his finger back a bit destroys the guy but it still happens and he does the final blow with one hand, that's fairly easily taking on the physical strength of any DBZ character and blocking beams too and that's not even as strong as he gets. I don't really like that game it's a bit too ridiculous really, or rather, Asura is.

Goku at SSJ had easily the potency to destroy beans with planet durability, SSJ4 and above can oneshot SPC who has solar system durability. Asura is not solar system level as far as I remember.
